Additional Requirements:

1. All artworks must be original
2. Limited edition prints may also be displayed
3. While it is not necessary for the artist to be present during the entire event. It would be good if he/she can be present.
4. In case the artist cannot be present he/she has to ensure that there is someone on their behalf to manage the stall.

Application Process:

1. Contact the organizer with sample images or site links.
2. Selection will be based on artistic merit, originality, and alignment with the fair’s theme.
3. Once you get a go ahead complete the online application form.
4. Pay the necessary stall charges.

Criterion for qualifying as the best table

1. Best Presentation
2. Good branding of the artist/participant
3. Good table management
4. Good promotion of participation in this event
5. Overall helpful attitude with other participants
